We have played a leading role in shaping CardLink rollouts, led ePA projects and are working with strong partners on solutions for TI 2.0. We know the gematik structures, the approval processes and the regulatory realities of the German healthcare system from our own project responsibility. We know where the friction arises: between industry, payers and regulators. And we know how to keep moving forward regardless.
E-Commerce
We have built digital commerce models from scratch, led technical teams and taken responsibility for strategic decisions that had to hold up in the real world — in international corporations as well as fast-growing digital companies. We think from product through platform to customer experience and understand how technical architecture and business model connect. No distance from the operational day-to-day, but direct experience from doing.

Who we are
Stapellauf Ventures was founded by Vincent Lammers, with research experience at MIT AgeLab and professional experience in Health-IT and e-commerce as a product lead and in senior positions, in international corporations as well as fast-growing digital companies, with responsibility for budgets, teams and outcomes. Previous roles include Shop Apotheke, Europa Apotheek, REWE and POLO Motorrad, among others. That experience sharpens the eye for what works in practice, and for what sounds convincing on paper but fails. That edge is what we bring to every conversation and every project. Where it makes sense, we complement that with a network of absolute specialists.
